The Institute conducts Gender Equity series especially for girl students. Gender equity means fairness of conduct for women and men, according to their respective needs. The conduct is considered equivalent in terms of rights, benefits, obligations, and opportunities. At the Institute we ensure that opportunities should not be limited on the basis of gender instead the gender biases can be curtailed to some extent by conducting various events to enhance and improve upon the skill sets required to be successful in life.
