Heartfulness Enabled Leadership Mentoring Program

PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) successfully completed the Heartfulness–Enabled Leadership Mastery Program, an enrichment programme conducted for MBA students from 1st December 2025 to 18th December 2025. The 50-hour learning journey focused on holistic leadership development, self-awareness, and inner transformation, enabling students to strengthen both personal and professional competencies.

The programme was conducted by Ms. Pooja Susveerkar, Heartfulness Meditation Trainer, and Mr. Santosh Susveerkar, Heartfulness Trainer, who combined experiential learning practices with practical real-life insights. Through themes such as Connection, Core, Context, Choices, Community, Peak Performance, Situational Awareness, and Heartful Communication & Relationships, students experienced a unique and enriching leadership journey beyond traditional academics.

On the successful completion of the programme, Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director – SBPIM, and Dr. Roopali Kudare, Head Academics, congratulated the students for their enthusiastic participation and commitment. The initiative was effectively coordinated by Dr. Amarish Padma and Ms. Poorva Sane, contributing to a meaningful learning experience focused on nurturing compassionate, purposeful, and future-ready leaders.

Financial Modelling Certification Program

PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) proudly launched the Financial Modeling Certification Program, an IQAC initiative exclusively for MBA-II Year Finance students, commencing on 06 October 2025 at Computer Lab – 1, SBPIM. This 52-hour hands-on certification programme, led by Mr. Mayur Deshmukh, Financial Modeling Expert & Corporate Trainer, is designed to equip students with industry-relevant financial modeling techniques, valuation methods, forecasting, and decision-making tools. The programme aims to strengthen practical financial analysis skills and prepare students for rewarding careers in investment banking, equity research, and corporate finance, fostering industry readiness and professional excellence.

AI For Managers Certification Program @ SBPIM

PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), Pune successfully organized an insightful session on “AI for Managers” on 9 February 2026 under the initiative “AI for Atmanirbhar Bharat: HEI Pre-Summit Engagements towards IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026.” The programme was specially designed for MBA students to enhance their understanding of the role of Artificial Intelligence in building an Atmanirbhar Bharat and preparing future-ready managers.

The session focused on the managerial applications of AI, AI-driven decision-making, and leadership skills required in an evolving technological landscape. Students gained valuable insights into integrating Artificial Intelligence with strategic management practices and understanding its role in innovation and national development.

The session was delivered by Rahul Dabhade, Founder Director of Prowess Training Solutions, who shared practical perspectives on AI and its growing importance in management education and industry.

The programme was conducted under the leadership and coordination of Dr. Bhushan Pardeshi (IIC President), Dr. Rishikesh Kumar (IIC Convener), and Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar (Director, SBPIM). The initiative served as an engaging platform to empower MBA students with AI awareness, innovation, and strategic thinking aligned with the vision of the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026.

HR Generalist Certification Program @ SBPIM

Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) successfully conducted a comprehensive 7-day, 50-hour HR Generalist Certification Program in collaboration with HR Excellence Global from 7th to 14th October 2025.

The program covered vital HR domains such as Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Labour Acts, L&D, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Policy Implementation.

Renowned industry experts Mr. Rajeev Kumar (Founder, HR Excellence Global), Ms. Shivani Khattry (Co-founder), and Mr. Hemant Deshpande (Labour Consultant) delivered highly interactive and insightful sessions.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program

PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) conducted the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program in collaboration with Sigma Con for MBA II Year students.

The 50-hour program, held from September 29, 2025, to October 6, 2025, was led by Mr. Dhananjay Apte, Lead Consultant, Sigma Con.

The inauguration was graced by Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Dr. Roopali Kudare, and faculty coordinators Dr. Kajal Maheshwari and Dr. Vishal Wagh.

Students learned the DMAIC methodology, process mapping, and analysis using Minitab software.

Interactive sessions, live case studies, and project work enriched the learning experience.

A creative highlight was the “Six Sigma Antakshari at Ganesh Talab,” blending fun with learning.

The program concluded with a valedictory ceremony and certificate distribution.

Aarushi Panda, Chinmay, and Tejas Deshmukh served as student coordinators.

The initiative strengthened SBPIM’s commitment to skill-based and experiential learning.

Sports Management Certification Course – Empowering Future Sports Leaders

PCET’s S.B. Patil Institute of Management, in collaboration with Elite Sports Events, conducted a 50-hour Sports Management Certification Course from 15th January to 1st March 2025.

The course offered students practical insights into sports event planning, marketing, and athlete management.Led by Mr. Qaiyyum Shaikh, the program blended theory with real-world exposure.

Participants were awarded a Certificate of Completion for their successful participation.This initiative reflects SBPIM’s commitment to industry-integrated learning and holistic student development.

HR Generalist Certification Programme- 2023-24

Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust's, S.B. Patil Institute of Management conducted an extensive & comprehensive HR certification program in association with HR Excellence Global for MBA II year HR specialization students from 4th December 2023 till 12th December 2023. The Certification program was conducted for 50 hours spread over 7 days and covered contemporary topics like: Fundamentals of Payroll Administration, Performance Management Systems, Labour Acts, Training/ Learning & Development, Human Resource Scorecard Fundamentals, HR Analytics Fundamental, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Policy formulation & Implementation

Mr.Rajeev Kumar, founder of HR Excellence Global, Ms Shivani Khattry, Co-founder and Mr. Hemant Deshpande, Labour consultant were the resource persons from the program.

In the valedictory session held on 15th December 2023,Dr.Kirti Dharwadkar, Director SBPIM congratulated all 22 students for successful completion of the certification program

Dr.Iram Ansari was the Faculty coordinator and Mr.Parvej Mujawar and Mr.Nilesh Waghmare were the Student coordinators for the same.

ADVANCED DIGITAL MARKETING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM - 2023-24

SBPIM's MBA-II year students for completing a rigorous 50-hour Advanced Digital Marketing Certification Program conducted by R interactives, under Mr. Rahul Gadekar's guidance. Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director SBPIM and the SBPIM family commend their dedication.

Advance Digital Marketing Certification Program

Advance Digital Marketing started from January 12, 2023 and valedictory function was on January 28 ,2023 where students were given completion certificates by the hands trainer Mr. Rahul Gadekar, R interactives, Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director SBPIM, Dr. Kajal Maheshwari and Dr. Santosh Shinde Programme Coordinators.

Program is designed for 50 hours and conducted for MBA Marketing students from the external agency R interactives Mr. Rahul Gadekar Stanford LEAD | Digital Advisory | Visiting Faculty Symbiosis (SIBM & SIMC).

The Program gave insights on Digital Marketing – Fundamentals of Website, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Ad Networks etc. with practical exposure along with live case studies.

This certification is benefiting students to enhance their skills & knowledge of the students as well as help them to get lucrative job opportunities.
