PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), in association with the Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Enterprise of Savitribai Phule Pune University, organized an inspiring Startup Talk Series session on “Startup Dynamics” for MBA 1st and 2nd year students on 6 February 2026. The session aimed to foster entrepreneurial thinking and innovation among budding managers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The programme featured Sachiien Pansarre, Founder & Director of SSP Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd., as the guest speaker. He shared valuable insights from his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting important aspects such as problem identification, innovation, funding strategies, patents, and the qualities required to become a successful entrepreneur. His practical experiences and motivating examples inspired students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities with confidence.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Rishikesh Kumar, who also delivered the vote of thanks, with support from student coordinator Manasi Gund and anchoring by Aarya Sardeshpande. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director, SBPIM. The interactive and insightful session motivated students to think innovatively, dream big, and take meaningful steps toward entrepreneurship.

An engaging Ideation Session was successfully conducted for the students of MBA-I Year on 29 November 2025, focusing on the fundamentals of creative thinking, structured problem-solving, and innovation. The session introduced students to key ideation concepts and involved a collaborative analysis of a real-world problem, encouraging active brainstorming, exchange of perspectives, and the generation of innovative solutions. A significant highlight was the discussion on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping students connect their ideas with real societal challenges and meaningful social impact. Through activities on brainstorming, mind mapping, and divergent and convergent thinking, students developed practical skills in idea generation, evaluation, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving.
