Pooja Nalawade is an accomplished Human Resource and Corporate Relations professional with over a decade of combined experience in the corporate and higher education sectors. She currently serves as the Head – Training & Placement at S.B. Patil Institute of Management, where she leads placement initiatives, industry collaborations, employability enhancement, and career development programs for MBA students.
With a strong background in Human Resources, recruitment, and campus placements, she has successfully built strategic partnerships with leading organizations across IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, Consulting, Retail, and Service sectors. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between academia and industry by preparing students to become industry-ready professionals.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She is also pursuing her PhD from Savitribai Phule Pune University, focusing on Emotional Intelligence and Career Development.
